Jimmy Wall started WDG in 2014 and serves as President. Prior to his commercial real estate career, he worked in the Corporate & Operations Strategy Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Jason James joined WDG in 2014 and is the company's Director of Construction. He has successfully managed and coordinated multiple contractors, developers, and consultants simultaneously through construction on large-scale projects.

Mike Wall joined WDG in 2014 and serves as Director of Operations. He has expertise in real estate management, entitlements and overall operations management.

Mike Nunley joined WDG in 2016 and serves as Director of Finance. He manages the financial aspects of the Company, including asset acquisition and disposition, debt and equity sourcing, and project underwriting.

Tiffany Leon began working at WDG in 2015. Her experience spans interior design, contract management and procurement.

Corie Fraker is WDG's Entitlements Manager. She joined the company in 2017 and now leads complex entitlement efforts to keep projects on schedule while obtaining necessary permit approvals.

Alicia Khine began working with WDG in 2021 as Design Manager and brings over 20 years of international and domestic experience in town planning, land development, project and design management.
